The Knowledge Management area at the Spanish Technological Platform for Innovative Medicines, co-ordinated by Josep Prous (Prous Institute) and Eduard Valentí (Laboratorios Dr. Esteve), organised a small meeting of experts to advance in the drafting of the Platform's strategic agenda, which was held on 25 May at 11:00 am at the GRIB (CMIMA-CSIC Building; Passeig Maritim 37-49, Barcelona).
Participants in this meeting included: Ferran Sanz (IMIM); Alfonso Valencia (INB); Fernando Martín (ISCIII; INBIOMED) and Josep Prous (Prous Institute).
From march to may on 2007 the Knowledge Management area at the Spanish Technological Platform for Innovative Medicines has organized three workshops on this matter. The participants come from public & private institutions. For more details, see de past event of this web.
The Knowledge Management area at the Spanish Technological Platform for Innovative Medicines is involved in ChemBioBank Project. This project is a public bank with a large, freely accessible, collection of compounds with annotated biological profiles. Developed by the Barcelona Science Park (PCB-UB), the University of Santiago de Compostela (USC) and the Institut Municipal d'Investigació Mèdica (IMIM), part of the Barcelona Biomedical Research Park.
